Thanks for choosing CDL Trading! Warranty applies to selected items in Singapore with a valid CDL sticker.

Terms vary by product and exclude damage or tampering.

CDL Trading Pte Ltd provides:

3 years limited warranty on Gigabyte AORUS’s Motherboards, VGA cards, Brix mini-PC
Limited 3 or 5 years warranty: Gigabyte AORUS SSD (Check product information)
Product limited life-time warranty for GEIL memory module, Gigabyte AORUS memory module.

Warranty is not valid and does not apply under any of these conditions:

Unauthorized repair or modifications to the product.
Serial number label or warranty sticker found tampered with other than its original state.
Physically damaged: PCB cracked, burned, bend CPU socket pin, missing components, lost pad, corrosion/oxidization, or scratches due to mishandling.

Limited warranty is only valid in Singapore with CDL warranty sticker, and is not eligible for any international warranty service.

Please find valid warranty sticker indicating the year and month of purchase on our physical products.

Please produce original copy of Invoice/Receipt (Proof of Purchase), disassemble and bring the defective item to our service centre at:

Weekdays: 10am to 6pm (Appointment required due to COVID-19 situation)
Saturday: 10am to 12pm (Strictly Collection and Appointment Only)
Lunch: 1pm to 2pm (Weekdays)
Close on Sunday and Public Holidays.

Note: Due to “Phase Heightened Alert”, operating hour may differ and/or appointment required for weekdays’ visit and limited to 2 visitors on same timing.
